Shipping policy

  1. Any damage after the goods have been received fall solely on the customer and Bon Pupetit Icing will take no responsibility if the goods are damaged after the fact. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when goods are handed over. At the time of conducting your transaction we give you the option to receive via post or pickup.
  2. Upon receiving the goods and no contact has been made immediately upon any issues, the order will be deemed satisfactory, and all responsibilities fall solely on the customer of the order.
  3. Bon Pupetit Icing takes no responsibility for any Third-party delivery service used while your goods are in transit, this includes lost or stolen items and or any delays in postal time frames.
  4. All third-party delivery companies used are the responsibility of the customers and once passed on Bon Pupetit Icing will take no further responsibility of their services in any way, any further actions required will be taken up with the service provider by the customer of the order.
  5. Bon Pupetit Icing are unable to take responsibility for anything out of our control, you agree to not hold Bon Pupetit Icing or any sister partners responsible for their services in any way, we take no liability on the way Third Party services conduct themselves, upon placing an order you are agreeing to these terms.
